We love sending out orders so we try and do this as quickly as possible. If your order is urgent (there are some urgent flipping needs sometimes - we totally get it!) just let us know and we’ll hustle hard to get your order out the door asap!

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You will receive your Australia Post tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.
DAMAGED PARCEL
If your item arrives to you damaged or faulty (super sucky but we know anything can happen in the world of shipping) please contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damaged product and packaging. We will then make a plan with you and get it all sorted.
INCORRECT ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
If you’ve received your order confirmation email and seen that the delivery address is incorrect (we totally get that this happens!) please email us immediately at helloflipsandgiggles@gmail.com - if your order hasn’t left yet, there’s a chance we can fix this for you!
Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped this will result in incorrectly delivered goods or undelivered goods. If your package gets returned to us due to the incorrect shipping address, you will be refunded for the product(s), not the shipping fee. Alternatively, we can re-ship your order to your correct address. The shipping fee will be invoiced to you before re-shipping your order.
